Custom printed orders, NATURAL and GO Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:
- Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.
- Items show zero signs of use.
- Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes)
- Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards)
If your order meets the criteria above, please let us know which of the following return options you would like to proceed with.
- Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee.
- Option 2: Instead of including a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.
Please email info@tossware.com your order number and the return option you would like to proceed with. A member of our customer success team will reach out with a return label.
