How is shipping charged?
All orders over $50+ will ship free within the contiguous U.S. via ground service. All orders less than $50 will incur a $9.99 ground shipping charge. Express shipping is available at checkout, and the rate will appear based on the items in your cart. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the contiguous U.S.
When will my order ship?
All our clear (non-printed) orders ship within 1 business day of confirmation, while customized orders ship within 6-8 business days. You will receive an automated email once your order has been processed and shipped along with a tracking number
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer 1-2 business day express shipping at the checkout page! Please note if your order is placed after 12pm PST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Any modifications to an order placed with express shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of placing the order. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.
Can I pay to have my customized order rushed?
Yes! Please email info@tossware.com with the following information:
- Desired in-hand date
- Items you would like to order
- Shipping address
If we are able to meet your in-hand date, you will receive an invoice for a rush fee:
- Orders < $200: $99
- Orders $200.01-$1,000: $200
- Orders > $1000: 20% of order value
Where will my order ship from?
All online orders will ship from our fulfillment center in El Monte, California unless otherwise specified.
Do you ship internationally?
Though our web shop cannot process orders located outside of the U.S. or outside of the contiguous U.S., you may contact us by emailing info@tossware.com to place an international order. Higher shipping rates may apply.
May I change or cancel my order?
Any order cancellation/edits must be requested within 4 hours of placing order on TOSSWARE.com. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try out best to accommodate any cancellation/edits.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Please email info@tossware.com your order number and the return option you would like to proceed with. A member of our customer success team will reach out with a return label.
All Refunds/Store Credit is processed on Thursdays.
Custom printed orders and NATURAL Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.
What if I received damaged or incorrect items?
If you have received damaged or incorrect items, please contact info@tossware.com within five days of receiving your package with your Name and Order Number and we’ll get to resolving the issue as soon as possible.
