All custom printed orders generally require 10 Business Days for production. Rush orders are available for a fee – please email info@tossware.com or call 951‑332‑4370 (M–F, 9 am–5 pm).

It’s worth the wait – promise. We’ll email you once your order has been processed and shipped. So, keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam folder in case your domain is allergic to our email address.

 

How do you work out shipping costs?

Great question. Retail orders over $50 ship free via ground service within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

For Bulk and Wholesale products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.

And for those last-minute party organizers (we see you), we offer express shipping, and your rates will be available at checkout.

Partying outside this region (i.e., HI, AK, PR, or elsewhere)? Please email your request to info@tossware.com.

Note: We ship all orders together, including orders that contain preordered items, to help reduce our environmental impact. If you’d like in-stock items shipped first, please let us know by emailing support@tossware.com.

Do you offer express shipping?


We sure do. Select ‘express shipping’ at checkout for speedy delivery in 1-2 business days. Please note: the cut-off time is 12 p.m. PST, so any orders that come in after that will be shipped the next business day. Also, we move fast with express orders, so modifications must be sent within 15 minutes of checkout. Lastly, we know you’re in a hurry, but please slow down when you type in your address and payment method so we can reach you quickly.

 

Can I pay to have my customized order rushed?


You sure can. To keep us moving quickly, please email info@tossware.com with:

  • Your desired in-hand date
  • Items you would like to order
  • Shipping address

If we can meet your in-hand date, you’ll get an invoice for a rush fee:

  • Orders < $200: $99
  • Orders $200.01-$1,000: $200
  • Orders > $1000: 20% of order value


How does the Corso Shipping Protection work?


By selecting the Corso Package Protection at checkout, we are able to insure each order up to USD $2,000. If you are placing an order valued at over this amount, we suggest splitting up your orders so each one is less than or equal to USD $2,000 in order for everything to be insured. We cover for porch pirates, orders lost in transit, and product damage during transit. In the event of any mishaps and if Corso Package Protection was not selected at checkout, we will not be able to cover, refund, or reship the affected items.

 

Where will my order ship from?


Our HQ is based in Buena Park, California. 

 

Do you ship internationally?


Yes and no. We cannot ship outside the U.S. via our online store, but if you email us at info@tossware.com with your location, we can likely make it happen. Of course, a longer distance may mean higher shipping rates.

 

May I change or cancel my order?


Yes, you can, as long as you’re quick. If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email info@tossware.com within 1 hour of placing it. We’ll do our very best to accommodate you. 

 

What is your return policy?


You’re welcome to return your order if you can nod ‘yes’ to all the dot points below. Also, please let us know why you’d like to return to sender – sharing is caring, and we’re here to grow.

  • Order was placed to the contiguous US (if it was sent to Hawaii or Canada, please see below) 
  • Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days
  • Items are blanks (no customized cups)
  • Items show zero signs of use.
  • Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes)
  • Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards)

Are you still nodding? Great. Please email info@tossware.com with your order number and your preferred reimbursement option, and we’ll send you a return label.

Option 1: a refund to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee. This transaction will go through as soon as we receive the goods.

Option 2: a digital gift card for 100% of your order.

*Please note that reimbursement/store credit be withheld if returned items are suspected to be used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging. All returns must comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards to receive reimbursement/store credit.

All Refunds/Store Credit is processed on Thursdays.

Custom printed orders and NATURAL Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

For shipments to Hawaii and Canada: Our standard return process does not apply. Please reach out to support@tossware.com with your order number and we will determine the best solution on a case by case basis considering the circumstances and costs. 

 

What if I received damaged or incorrect items?


Noooo. We’re as bummed as you are. Please email us at info@tossware.com within five days of receiving your package, and we’ll resolve the problem as soon as possible. To speed up the process, please share your Name and Order Number.

 

What is your return policy for Wholesale/Bulk orders?


Great question. You’re welcome to return your order if you can nod ‘yes’ to all the dot points below.

  • Order received within the last thirty (30) days
  • Items are blanks (no customized cups)
  • Items show zero signs of use
  • Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes)
  • Items are in resellable condition (complies with FDA Food Health and Safety standards)
  • Items are not part of our NATURAL collection as they cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged

Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a reimbursement* to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee.
