Product Questions 

What is the difference between the POP, RESERVE, and NATURAL Collection?

Our POP Collection is made with a mixture of 100% recyclable PET and material from recycled water bottles. All the cups in this collection are shatterproof, stackable, & BPA-free.

Our RESERVE Collection is 100% dishwasher safe & made with Eastman Tritan™, an extremely durable copolymer. Heat-resistant, scratch-resistant, and unbreakable, this collection is meant to go the distance. If you want to learn more about Eastman Tritan™, check out this article here!

Our NATURAL Collection is made with PLA, which is 100% plant-based and compostable. Check out our blog about PLA and how it is helping further TOSSWARE's mission to become a more sustainable company.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products a designed at our offices in Los Angeles, CA and crafted in both the US, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

Is TOSSWARE BPA-Free?

Yes, all of TOSSWARE’s products are BPA-free! 

What is the best way to clean my TOSSWARE?

Our RESERVE Collection is dishwasher safe and is certified for 1,500+ cycles in a household dishwasher. We have found that repeated or prolonged exposure to essential oils, such as those found in citrus or sunscreen, can cause the surface of the glass to turn hazy. Hand wash with warm water and soap as soon as possible to prevent haziness.

Our POP and NATURAL Collection should be washed with cold water and soap if you wish to reuse the products. Please note that these collections are NOT dishwasher safe and will warp in the heat of over 100 degrees. 

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Our Reserve collection is commercial dishwasher safe. Our POP and NATURAL collections are not; however, do wash them by hand with cold water if you wish to reuse them. Unfortunately, we won't be responsible for the result of POP or NATURAL cups after being placed in the dishwasher. 

Do I need to wash the cups before use?

Not at all! They’re ready to be used straight out of the sleeve. All our products are made in food safe facilities and uphold the highest level of cleanliness.

Is TOSSWARE microwave safe?

Our RESERVE Collection is microwave safe; our POP Collection and NATURAL Collection cups, however, will warp in the high heat of a microwave.

How do I un-stack the POP Collection cups or remove the stem from a cup?

Our patent pending interlocking design allows for you to separate them by pulling them down and apart in opposing directions - much like breaking a chocolate bar. Turning them won’t help ;) 

How do your POP Collection rims differ from others?

All our drinkware products feature our patented thin rounded rims. This mimics the smooth drinking experience you have with regular glass, but that no other disposable option offers (except for us!)

Shipping and Returns 

How is shipping charged?

Retail orders over $50 ship free via ground service within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $9.99.

For Bulk and Wholesale products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the shipping destination.

Express shipping is available at checkout, and the rate will appear based on the items in your cart.

If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. (HI, AK, PR) or internationally, please email info@tossware.com.

Note: We ship all orders together, including orders that contain preordered items, to help reduce our environmental impact. If you would like in-stock items shipped first, please email support@tossware.com

When will my order ship?

How does the Corso Shipping Protection work?

By selecting the Corso Package Protection at checkout, we are able to insure each order up to USD $2,000. If you are placing an order valued at over this amount, we suggest splitting up your orders so each one is less than or equal to USD $2,000 in order for everything to be insured. We cover for porch pirates, orders lost in transit, and product damage during transit. In the event of any mishaps and if Corso Package Protection was not selected at checkout, we will not be able to cover, refund, or reship the affected items.

Where will my order ship from?

All online orders will ship from our fulfillment center in Buena Park, California unless otherwise specified. 

How long is transit time for my order?

Please refer to the UPS transit map for an ETA once your order ships out. 

Do you ship internationally?

Our site can service orders to Canada. If you are not located in the US or Canada, please contact us by emailing info@tossware.com to place an international order. Higher shipping rates may apply. 

What is your return policy? 

Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:

-Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.
-Items show zero signs of use.
-Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes)
-Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards)

If your order meets the criteria above, please let me know which of the following return option you would like to proceed with.

Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement* to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee.

OR

Option 2: In lieu of assessing a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit* (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.

*Please note that reimbursement/store credit be withheld if returned items are suspected to be used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging. All returns must comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards to receive reimbursement/store credit.

Custom printed orders and NATURAL Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

May I change or cancel my order?

Any order cancellation/changes must be requested within 1 hour of the order confirmation to info@tossware.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped. 

What if I receive an incorrect product or order?

Contact info@tossware.com within five days of receiving your package with your Name and Order Number and a photo of the incorrect products, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately. 

Is express shipping offered?

Yes, we offer 1-2 business day express shipping at the checkout page! Please note if your order is placed after 12pm PST, your order will be shipped the next business day. Any modifications to an order placed with express shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of placing the order. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.

Do you offer help with artwork?

Yes, we do; our team offers a range of services, such as removing white backgrounds, converting files to PNG's, and many more.

If you would like to utilize one of these services, please email info@tossware.com with as much detail as possible. Please note these services come with a fee of $15-$125+ depending on the work that is required for each project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, elo, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon pay.

Promotions

What can I use my welcome offer for?

Your welcome offer (20% off first-time discount) can be applied to most regular-priced items on our site. Promotions and first-time discount offers (20% off) cannot be applied to Bulk items. Discounts do not apply to e-gift cards, and promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
