• For Bulk and Wholesale products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.
• All our in-stock clear (non-printed) orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. For customized orders, please see our most updated lead-time information here. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been processed and on the way to you.
• Any order cancellation or edits must be requested within 4 hours of your order placement. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.
• Any modifications to an order placed with Express 2-Day shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of order placement. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.

Custom printed orders, NATURAL, and GO Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:  

• Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.
• Items show zero signs of use. 
• Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes) 
• Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards) 

If your order meets the criteria above, please let us know which of the following return options you would like to proceed with. 

• Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee. 
• Option 2: Instead of including a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.
