• NATURAL cups are not dishwasher safe and are not compatible with heat or hot liquids.
• Feel free to use the glasses straight out of the sleeves upon receiving them. Our products are made in food-grade facilities with the highest level of cleanliness. 
• Our certified compostable products are compostable in commercial composting facilities. Being non-toxic and made purely from plants, they will completely breakdown within 3-6 months in a commercial composting facility where optimized conditions are available. 
• In a home composter, they can completely breakdown in 12 months.

• Any order cancellation or edits must be requested within 4 hours of your order placement. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.
• Any modifications to an order placed with Express 2-Day shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of order placement. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.

Custom printed orders, NATURAL and GO Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:  

• Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.
• Items show zero signs of use. 
• Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes) 
• Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards) 

If your order meets the criteria above, please let us know which of the following return options you would like to proceed with. 

• Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee. 
• Option 2: Instead of including a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.
