The conversion from RGB to CMYK color mode in the printing process as well as the slight variation of colors every monitor/ screen shows may differ to the colors of the customization you receive.

Colors that are particularly hard to match include grays, neon colors, and pastel/ soft tones. Water color images will also be difficult to match in appearance.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the day your order is placed to process your customization before shipping. We may contact you via email and/or phone if we see a need to confirm your artwork. Please respond at your earliest convenience; if we don't get a response, we will print your design as is within 2 business days of the order confirmation.

      Good product for its worth

      I like the clean taste and look of the product. Even though the wall is thick it still appear clear. I dropped it once on the ground and barely found any scratch. The thick wall somehow insulate the drink well and does not cost much condensation. The wide rim is nice to smell and appreciate the drink. The only minor flaw is that this stemless design tips over easily when placed on a picnic blanket even though it is child friendly.

      Great Glasses

      These look really nice and are durable. They have a good feel to them . I bought a set of pint glasses and liked them so much - I got a set for my daughter.

      I have since purchased the carafe and stemmed wine glasses which are great also. I recommend these!

      Nice weight and clarity

      Bought these to replace the cheap plastic goblets that came with a picnic backpack. Love the clarity--they look like glass.
