• To reuse, clean with a non-abrasive sponge under cold water. 
• POP glasses are not dishwasher safe and are not compatible with heat or hot liquids.

• Feel free to use the glasses straight out of the sleeves upon receiving them. Our products are made in food-grade facilities with the highest level of cleanliness. 
• After use, place them in the recycling bin so they can be made into more cups. Or jackets. Or carpets. You get the idea.

• For Bulk and Wholesale products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your shipping destination.
• All our in-stock clear (non-printed) orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. For customized orders, please see our most updated lead-time information here. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been processed and on the way to you.
• Any order cancellation or edits must be requested within 4 hours of your order placement. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.
• Any modifications to an order placed with Express 2-Day shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of order placement. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.

Custom printed orders, NATURAL, and GO Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

You’re welcome to return your order if you can answer “yes” to all of the points below:

• Order was received within the last thirty (30) days
• A 10% restocking fee applies
• Customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping label

Return eligibility requirements:

• Items must be blank (no customized cups)
• Items must show zero signs of use
• Original packaging must be included (all bags/boxes)
• Items must be in resellable condition (in compliance with FDA food health and safety standards)
• Items must not be part of our NATURAL collection, as these are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable

Once we receive your return, we will issue a reimbursement* to your original form of payment, minus a 10% restocking fee.

*Please note that reimbursement will be withheld if returned items are suspected to be used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging. All returns must comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards to receive reimbursement. Eligible refunds are processed on Thursdays.
