  • To reuse, clean with a non-abrasive sponge under cold water. 
  • POP glasses are not dishwasher safe and are not compatible with heat or hot liquids.
  • Separate your stacked glasses by breaking them apart like you would a chocolate bar.
  • Feel free to use the glasses straight out of the sleeves upon receiving them. Our products are made in food-grade facilities with the highest level of cleanliness. 
  • After use, place them in the recycling bin so they can be made into more cups. Or jackets. Or carpets. You get the idea.

    Due to high order volume from our recent sales, please expect possible delays in processing and shipping.


    If you’re ordering time-sensitive Printed Sets (e.g., for Christmas or New Year’s), please select from items labeled Ships ASAP. If your order includes both Ships ASAP printed items and items without this label, everything will ship together once all items are ready (within 6 business days). For faster delivery, place Ships ASAP items in a separate order.


    • Free shipping eligibility can be found on our Shipping & Returns page. We also offer express 2-day shipping at checkout where the rate is calculated.
    • All our in-stock clear (non-printed) orders ship within 1-2 business days of order placement. For customized orders, please see our most updated lead-time information here. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has been processed and on the way to you.
    • Any order cancellation or edits must be requested within 4 hours of your order placement. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate.
    • Any modifications to an order placed with Express 2-Day shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of order placement. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.

    Returns & Exchanges +

    Custom printed orders, NATURAL and GO Collection products cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.


    Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:  

    • Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.
    • Items show zero signs of use. 
    • Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes) 
    • Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards) 

    If your order meets the criteria above, please let us know which of the following return options you would like to proceed with. 

    • Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee. 
    • Option 2: Instead of including a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.
