Ingredients
Freshly chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups black olives
1 cup green olives
1 cup of cubed feta cheese
1/2 cup roasted red pepper pieces
1/4 cup fresh parsley

Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, parsley and pepper
- Slowly pour oil mixture over olives and feta
- Toss together and spoon 3-4 oz into each taster cup
- Add chopped roasted red peppers and fresh parsley on top of each cup
