Olive & Feta Shooter Recipe

Tasty and totally easy to make for your next party appetizer!

We partnered with local Los Angeles chef Stacey Whitney of Spoonful of Honey pastries to make an olive and feta shooter that won't disappoint. TOSSWARE'S 6oz Flute Jr. are just the right size to fill halfway or all the way to serve. Check out the recipe below, serves 8:

Freshly chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups black olives
1 cup green olives
1 cup of cubed feta cheese
1/2 cup roasted red pepper pieces
1/4 cup fresh parsley

  1. Whisk together olive oil, parsley and pepper
  2. Slowly pour oil mixture over olives and feta
  3. Toss together and spoon 3-4 oz into each taster cup
  4. Add chopped roasted red peppers and fresh parsley on top of each cup
