COCKTAILS IN TOSSWARE FT. MARGOT

A unique twist on the classic gin and tonic.

With a market-driven menu inspired by coastal mediterranean cuisine, regional wines and craft cocktails, new hotspot restaurant Margot offers an elegant dining experience with a 360 degree view of Culver City in sunny LA. Here you’ll find a menu of exquisite cocktails crafted by bar director David Kupchinsky - particularly known for his work at the Freehand Hotel Los Angeles, Otium, and Eveleigh. For this installment of Cocktails in TOSSWARE, Dave shares his recipe for the Vermouth and Tonic in TOSSWARE Reserve Highball glass (coming soon!).

  

WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredients for one serving

2 oz Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth
3 dash Chamomile tincture
3 dash Rhubarb tincture
4 oz Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheels, fresh lavender and a rhubarb ribbon
TOSSWARE Highball glass

TO PREPARE THE VERMOUTH AND TONIC

    1. In a highball glass, add ice, two ounce of Ambrato Vermouth, 3 dashes of Chamomile tincture, 3 dashes of Rhubarb tincture and top with Mediterranean Tonic.
    2. Add a dehydrated lemon wheel and stir together

    3. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and a rhubarb ribbon. Sip and enjoy!
