Repeated or prolonged exposure to essential oils such as those found in citrus or sunscreen can cause the surface of the glass to turn hazy. Wash them after use as soon as possible to prevent haziness.

All orders over $50+ will ship free within the contiguous U.S. via ground service. All orders less than $50 will incur a $9.99 ground shipping charge. Express shipping is available at checkout, and the rate will appear based on the items in your cart. If you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of the contiguous U.S. (ie: HI, AK, PR) or aboard, please email info@tossware.com.
All our clear (non-printed) orders ship within 1 business day of confirmation, while customized orders ship within 6-8 business days. You will receive an automated email once your order has been processed and shipped along with a tracking number
Any modifications to an order placed with express shipping MUST BE communicated within 15 minutes of placing the order. No changes can be made after that. Please ensure the shipping address and payment method are correct before checking out.
Any order cancellation/edits must be requested within 4 hours of placing an order on TOSSWARE.com. Please email info@tossware.com with your request and we will try our best to accommodate any cancellations/edits.

Returns & Exchanges

Your order is eligible for a return if it meets the following criteria:

-Order has been received within the last thirty (30) days.

-Items show zero signs of use.

-Includes original packaging (including all bags/boxes)

-Items are in resellable condition (comply with FDA Food Health and Safety standards)

If your order meets the criteria above, please let us know which of the following return options you would like to proceed with.

Option 1: Upon receipt of your return, we can issue a reimbursement to your payment card, less a 25% restocking fee.
Option 2: Instead of including a restocking fee for your return, we can provide you with a 100% store credit (digital gift card) in the amount of your order.
