While our printers are high-quality and reliable, there are variables to be considered in the printing process. Because of these variables, the colors you see on screen while uploading your design may not perfectly match the final printed product.
The main reason this occurs is that all the colors you see on screen are coming at you in the RGB color mode (perfect for displaying things digitally). However, colors must be converted into the CMYK color mode in order to be printed. In this conversion, there may be some imperfect color matches. Colors that are particularly hard to match include very bright neon colors and very soft tones (like pastels). Additionally, we cannot print metallic colors or colors with shimmer. Please be aware that TOSSWARE is not responsible for any imperfect color match.

TOSSWARE accepts file formats in JPEG and PNG at 300dpi.
In order to ensure the best quality of your custom print, please submit the highest-resolution image in your possession.
Any image with a resolution lower than 300dpi may result in a fuzzy, low quality print and TOSSWARE would not be responsible for the print resulted from the low resolution submission.
Your printed order will dispatch within 3 weeks. Once it ships, you will receive an automated email that includes its tracking number!

You’ll need to choose ’Text’ first. Then on a Mac, press Command+Control+Space Bar and the list of emojis will show.
On a PC, open the Touch Keyboard in the bottom right corner of your screen, click on the smiley face emoji icon, and you’ll be able to choose and emoji there.
That is because the nature of the file you uploaded includes the white (jpeg).
If you would like just the elements to display, uploading a PNG file will solve the problem.
If the browser you’re using is Firefox or Explorer, 3D elements will not appear. Please switch to another browser such as Chrome.

During the printing process, your artwork may slightly shift. The industry print tolerance is 1/16" and TOSSWARE adheres to this industry standard. Due to the fact that the products on which your artwork will be printed have a curved surface, your artwork may be slightly warped in the printing process. The shape of the printed artwork may slightly warp as a result of the dimensions and placement of the artwork submitted. Images with a resolution lower than 300 dpi may result in a fuzzy, low-quality print and we will not be responsible for the print resulted from the low resolution submitted. By submitting artwork to TOSSWARE, you, the customer, warrant and represent that you are the owner or authorized licensee of any trademarked or copyrighted materials contained therein. The unauthorized use of trademarked or copyrighted materials is a violation of intellectual property laws. TOSSWARE will not print any artwork containing trademarked or copyrighted materials for customers that are not the owners or authorized licensees of such trademarked or copyrighted materials and reserves the right to refuse or stop the process for such orders. In addition, TOSSWARE reserves the right to request proof of ownership or authorized licensee status prior to executing any order submitted by a customer. You, the customer, further warrant and agree not to upload any content to TOSSWARE for print that exhibits vulgar, profane, or offensive language, imagery containing obscenity or nudity, and/or that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, invasive of another’s privacy, or otherwise unsuitable for print as determined by TOSSWARE. TOSSWARE reserves the right to exercise in its sole discretion what is or is not acceptable for print. By checking ‘Accept’ below you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions, and authorize TOSSWARE to produce your design as submitted. While we do review artwork for production accuracy, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all placed orders, including color selection, spelling, and artwork resolution.
