Your printed order will dispatch within 3 weeks. Once it ships, you will receive an automated email that includes its tracking number!
Is printing one-sided, two-sided, or 360 all the same price?
It sure is!
Are the inks used food-grade safe?
Definitely, all our inks are certified as food grade safe on all contact surfaces.
Will the color of my artworks on screen print the same as the actual cups I receive?
Please refer to our Color & Artwork Policies as there will be color discrepancies between what you see on screen and the printed product.
If I’m designing on a desktop computer but want to add an emoji, how can I do so?
You’ll need to choose ’Text’ first. Then on a Mac, press Command+Control+Space Bar and the list of emojis will show.
On a PC, open the Touch Keyboard in the bottom right corner of your screen, click on the smiley face emoji icon, and you’ll be able to choose and emoji there.
When I upload an image or logo, why does it have a white background?
That is because the nature of the file you uploaded includes the white (jpeg).
If you would like just the elements to display, uploading a PNG file will solve the problem.
Why do I not see the elements I’m adding to My Canvas on the live cup?
If the browser you’re using is Firefox or Explorer, 3D elements will not appear. Please switch to another browser such as Chrome.
